HEAVEN Fund

The HEAVEN Fund provides individual investors with a diversified portfolio of early stage investments.

HEAVEN Fund is conceptually divided into two portions.

1. “Sidecar” portion, which automatically invests alongside Hawaii Angels investments that meet key thresholds.

2. “Follow-on” portion, which makes second and third-round investments at the discretion of the managing partners.
